After selling many hundred horses to all over the world for the last decade, we have a big network of friends. It is wonderful getting mails back on how the horses are doing in their new home. Makes me think of our visit with you last year. Just want to tell you, that Kvistur is a great joy. Everyone who watches me ride him, admires him and the few trainers and icelandic horse people I allowed to ride him, really liked him a lot. His tolt is coming along nicely. He works for me without being hectic, is friendly and pretty. Has grown a lot and gets stronger every day. Nothing to be desired. Give my love to all the Langhus crew. Best regards, Christian (Germany) ______________ Hello Lukka, We are very content with Paeja. Yesterday the trainer of Madeleine started to train Paeja a bit and he was very happy with her. He smiled all the time.He thinks that she is very talent for her age and former training. She is fast in tölt and everything and she has a absolut clean beat in all tempos and she has very separated gaites. And he thought that her spirit (vilja) was very high and that she will be a great riding horse that everybody can ride and look good. But of course a competetion horse and breeding horse too. We love her. Thank you Lukka for a super horse!!!. Katarina (Sweden) ______________ Hylling from Langhúsum is very fine! And she is a very fine horse ! Right from the beginning on she seems to be calmness in person,nothing really makes her afraid. We started walking with her about a week after she arrived: she never shrunk from anything. I get up on her by the end of the second week and she stood still when I mounted. Next day we went on a short trip together with her paddock-mate Sigrun, everything went fine: no problems in any gate, no problems with trees or anything else. She is really not one inch more nervous than our other mares. Last Saturday she got her shoes (by hot ironing which is new for her), with Sigrun standing nearby - no problem at all. Since last week I didnt work and I went out with her nearly every day, sometimes in a group, sometimes just with one companion, she always behaved well. Even if we went away from the group: I could feel, that she wasn´t happy about it, but she stood still letting the others go away or trotted/tölted ahead all the others. I havent been riding her alone till now, but just because one of the girls, that has her own horse, is riding six days a week, and therefore. We usually go both with me riding Hylling. So, coming to an end for this time: Thanks a lot! You sold and sent us really a good tempered, good looking and well trained horse, shortly: a really lovably horse!!! Take care Barbara (Germany) ______________ Dear Lukka, Glóa has been wonderful after we got it started. She spent two and a half months in training last spring and now she has grown mentaly a little older and she can consentrate and work properly. Althouhg she is very goey :D and hopefully stays that way. Last autum we took part in two competitions and won in one four gait-class. :) Best regards Outi (Finland)
