  Pinto (tobiano) colours.

English:  Skewbald, tobiano, piebald.
Icelandic: (the body colour)-skjóttur.
Description:  The horse has a bodycolour with big white spots, usually with socks, more rarely with white spots on the head. The back can have white spots, usually there is a white spot going over the withers.

Yellow-dun-pinto, blue-dun-pinto, bay-dun-pinto.
Black-and-white pinto (piebald).
Chestnut-pinto, bay-pinto.
Unusual pintos.
Ink spots.

Some genetics:

 The tobiano colour is on the To-locus.  A  dominant gene, To, turns spots on the body into pigment-less areas, that is, white.  All horse-colours can become tobiano.  All tobiano foals have a tobiano parent.

USA: Pinto, tobiano.
UK: Skewbald, piebald.
Dutch:  Bont.
Swedish: Skäck.
