Winter at Langhús.


In snow, let's walk in each other footsteps.
C:  Lukka.

There are often ptarmigans in our garden.  This one is in winter costume.

We have a hot spring that gives all the steaming hot water we need, and more
(3 l/sec or 10 lbs/sec) of 70°C hot water (160°F).

The island Drangey, in the ocean.

We also see over a beautiful lake, Hópsvatn, from our acres, and the sea is on the other side of the black reef.

Frostrósir (frost-roses, rime) on the window in the dog-shed.

A bad winter.
It is the cow-barn under all the snow there, with the door on the right hand side.  Only the chimney can be seen.

The horses going past the hot spring on a winter day.  Of course we have a fence around the hot spring, we don't want dirty water or burned horses.

The horses have to be trained, also in the wintertime.
