Calculating the main score |
|
When the horse goes to an evaluation, it gets different scores for different traits (for example 8 for tolt, 7.5 for trot etc.). When calculating the main score, this is how much each score weighs:
Conformation: Head 3 % Neck and shoulders/withers 10 % Back and croup 3 % Proportions 7,5 % Legs 6 % Correctness of legs 3 % Hooves 6 % Mane and tail 1,5% Riding qualities: Tolt 15 % Trot 7,5 % Pace 9 % Gallop/canter 4,5 % Willingness/goeyness/temperament 12,5 % Appearance under rider 10 % Walk 1,5 % From this you can see how important each trait is. It is for example considered very important that the horse has a good neck and withers (10 %), a goot tolt (15%) and a good appearance under rider (10 %). But it is considered less important that the horse has good walk (1,5 %) and lots of mane and tail (1,5 %) and not important at all that the horse has big eyelashes ( 0 %). |
